Radetec Diagnostics produces core-shell CdSe and cadmium-free quantum dots already conjugated to secondary antibodies, including nati-mouse anti anti-rabbit. When the target molecule is biotinylated, EasyConjTM quantum dots functionalised with anti-biotin antibodies provide better control compared to using streptavidin (a tetramer with four binding sites for biotin).

We can also prepare quantum dots conjugated with many other proteins, contact us to request a custom conjugation.
